Creamy Garlic Dill Sauce

Once you find a dressing or sauce that you really like, it can be hard to venture into smothering your favorite foods with anything else. As a recovering Ranch addict, Kevin knows. College Kev wasn’t just casually putting ranch on salads and pizza, it went on multiple meals a week (day). However, after realizing that Ranch, along with almost any other store-bought salad dressing, was absolutely terrible for him, he cut the cord. Years of Ranch-free life later, finding this garlic dill sauce was like welcoming home an old friend. (Who wasn't trying to kill him.)

This smooth, herby sauce can go on anything from your standard salad to falafel to sweat potato boats. It will be the easiest thing you've made in a while, and have you triple checking the recipe to figure out how it is so incredible.

  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • A splash of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup hummus

1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend! If needed, add in little bits of water as needed until you have the consistency you want.
